Bumping through the potholes we finally arrived in the village square.
A varied collection of 24 singers, hill walkers, musicologists, spiritual seekers, foodies, birdwatchers, artists, poets, fresco-painters, couch-potatoes and fitness freaks, and a whole lot more from different parts of the globe.
Lakhushdi village came out in force to greet us with songs, smiles hugs and round dances in the village square. We gazed in wonder and anticipation!
